How Iris handles enquiries.

Name, organisation, role, email address, and the message you choose to send.

We use this information to understand your enquiry, decide who should respond, and keep an appropriate record of the exchange.

The lawful basis is legitimate interest: responding to institutional, research, press, or professional enquiries about Iris.

Enquiries are retained only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any reasonable follow-up.

You can ask to access, correct, restrict, or delete your personal data, subject to applicable legal limits.
